THIS TENANCY AGREEMENT is entered into on 22 November 2024
Between
(1) PARTY_1_NAME whose address is at PARTY_1_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the "Landlord")
(2) PARTY_2_NAME whose address is at PARTY_2_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the "Tenant")
(3) PARTY_3_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_3_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the "Representative")
Whereas
The Landlord shall let and the Tenant shall take the Premises for the Term of Tenancy (as defined below) details as more particularly described in the Schedule.
The Landlord hereby appoints the Representative as its authorized representative for this Agreement including but not limited to acting as a representative for collection of payments due from the Tenant to the Landlord under this Agreement. The Representative hereby agrees to accept the engagement, and act as an authorized representative of the Landlord in relation to this Agreement.
All parties agree to observe and perform the terms and conditions as follows:
1. Tenancy
The Landlord hereby agrees to lease ADDRESS (the “Premises”) and the furniture, fixtures, fittings, and equipment therein (as per Schedule, if any) in clean and tenantable condition to the Tenant for residential purpose. The total area is AREA.
2. Term of Tenancy
2.1 The above Premises is hereby leased for a term of TERM months, commencing on COMMENCEMENT_DATE and expiring on END_DATE.
2.2 On the expiry of this Tenancy, the Landlord has the right to take back the Premises in full, and the Tenant must deliver vacant possession of the Premises on the date of expiry. If the Tenant wishes to extend the Tenancy, The Tenant shall have the priority to renew the Tenancy and is required to give written notice to the Landlord two months prior to the expiry of this Tenancy, the revised rental should be negotiated between the two parties. The Landlord has the right to lease to a third party if they cannot agree on rental or other terms one month prior to expiry.
