THIS Royalty Sharing Agreement  is entered into on 06 May 2024

Between

(1)            PARTY_1_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_1_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the "Party A")

(2)            PARTY_2_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_2_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the "Party B")

Whereas

(A) Party A and Party B have collaborated to create the following work (the “Work”):

 (C) The Parties have entered into this Agreement in order to record their agreement regarding the ownership and sharing of royalties and sale proceeds with respect to the Work.

In consideration of the mutual promises contained herein, and for other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:

1. Ownership

2. Sharing of Royalty and Sale Proceeds 

2.1 The Parties agree that royalties derived from the publication of the Work and from the disposition of any subsidiary rights therein will be divided between the Parties as follows

Party A - ROYALTY_PERCENTAGE

Party B - ROYALTY_PARTYB

2.2 The Parties further agree that the proceeds from the sale of the Work will be divided as follows:

Party A - SALE_PARTYA

Party B - SALE_PARTYB

3. Agreement to sell, publish, distribute or License the Work
