This Venue license agreement is entered into on 06 May 2024

Between

(1)            PARTY_1_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_1_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the "Licensor")

(2)            PARTY_2_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_2_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the "Licensee")

Whereas

The Licensor operates (the “Venue”) as a gathering place open to the general public for such purposes, and the Licensee wishes to use the Venue for EVENT (the "Event") the Term of Licence (as defined below).

Both parties agree to observe and perform the terms and conditions as follows: 

1. Licence 

The Licensor hereby grants to the Licensee permission to use the event space on SPACE (the "Space") at the Venue on DATE from START_TIME to END_TIME (the "Period"). 

2. Licence Fee

2.1 The Licence Fee is CURRENCY RENT, the licence fee includes fixtures, fittings and equipment, and other items and fees as listed in the Schedule (if any).

2.2 The above rate covers only the Period as set forth above. The “period of use” is determined by the arrival time of the Licensee or its contractors (beginning set-up) and the departure time of the contractors following clean-up. The Licensor will provide an additional 4 hours prior to the Event for set-up at no extra charge.

3. Deposits

3.1 A non-refundable rental fee deposit equal to 50% of the License Fee is payable at the time of signing of this Agreement (the "Rental Deposit"), with the remainder of the entire contract amount to be paid on the day the Event is to take place.
