THIS PRIVATE TUTOR AGREEMENT is entered into on 09 May 2024

Between

(1)            PARTY_1_NAME whose mailing address is at PARTY_1_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the Tutor)

 

Whereas

(a) The Tutor is in the business of providing private tutoring services 

(b) The Client wishes to receive such private tutoring services from the Tutor in accordance with the terms and conditions of the agreement. 

It is agreed as follows:

1. Scope of the Service

1.1 The Tutor shall provide private tutoring service to the Client. Details of the Services are as follows (the "Service"):

SERVICE_DESCRIPTION

1.2 The Tutor shall conduct tutoring sessions online by using the software specified by the Tutor (“Session”). You shall be responsible for installing the software to access the Sessions on the computer or mobile device:

1.3 The schedule of the Sessions will be mutually agreed upon by the Parties in writing.

2. Tutor's obligations

2.1 The Tutor agrees to provide the Services in a professional and diligent manner consistent with generally recognised standards and good practice, using efforts comparable to those customarily used in providing private tutorial services of equivalent value.

2.2 The Tutor will comply with and give all notices required by, all laws and regulations applicable to the Services, especially all laws and regulations related to the provision of the Services under this Agreement

2.3 Any services outside of the scope as defined in Services will require a new Agreement for other services, including separate dog walking services agreed to by the Parties.
