SECONDMENT AGREEMENT

This Secondment Agreement is made on 29 April 2024

Between

(1) PARTY_1_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_1_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the "Employer")

(2)PARTY_2_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_2_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the "Host") (along with the Employer, each a "Party", together the "Parties")

Whereas:

(a) FIRSTNAME_LASTNAME (the “Employee”) is currently employed by the Employer as JOB_TITLE;

(b) The Employer has agreed to second the Employee exclusively to the Host for a specified period; and

(c) The Parties desire to enter into this Agreement to set forth the terms and conditions of the secondment of the Employee to Host.

 IT IS HEREBY AGREED as follows:

1. SECONDMENT DESCRIPTION

1.1.    The Employee shall be seconded from the Employer to the Host to undertake the position of TITLE_HOST in the DEPARTMENT of the Host  on FULLPARTTIME basis for the duration of Secondment Period (defined below). ("Secondment")

1.2 The Employee shall provide the services to the Host as set out in the Schedule 1 ("Services")

1.3 The Secondment shall commence on COMMENCEMENT_DATE and terminate on END_DATE ("Secondment Period"). At the end of the Secondment Period, the Employee will return to the Employer’s organisation.  Any variation to this Secondment Period must be agreed in writing between the Parties hereto. 

1.4 At all times, during the Secondment Period, the Employee shall remain an employee of the Employer and shall not be, or deemed to be an employee of the Host.
