THIS SERVICE AGREEMENT is entered into on 09 May 2024

Between

(1)            PARTY_1_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_1_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the "Servicer")

(2)            PARTY_2_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_2_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the "Client") (along with the Servicer, each a "Party", together the "Parties")

Whereas

(1) The Servicer is in the business of providing pool maintenance services; 

(2) The Client wishes to engage the Servicer to provide pool maintenance services in connection with the Client's swimming pool.

It is agreed as follows:

1. Interpretation

1.1 Definitions

Agreement means any agreement made subject to the terms and conditions below;

Services mean certain pool maintenance services, including the following services to be carried out by the Servicer:

☐  Vaccum the pool walls and the floor

☐  Brush the pool walls, steps and ladders to loosen any hardened debris

☐  Inspect and clean the filter

☐  Check the pool's chemical balance

☐  Add chemicals to maintain the the pool's chemical balance

☐  Use a leaf skimmer to remove leaves and other debris in the water
