THIS POWER OF ATTORNEY is made this 30 April 2024 by PARTY_1_NAME of PARTY_1_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE. 

The Principal appoints PARTY_2_NAME of PARTY_2_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the "Attorney") as its true and lawful attorney(s) on its behalf and in its name or otherwise to do all acts and things and to execute and sign all deeds and documents which he considers necessary or advisable in connection with the following namely: 

• To act as Company Secretary for the Principal.
• To file tax returns for the Principal.
• To attend the court hearings for the Principal.
• To enter into any arrangements with any governments or authorities (supreme, municipal, local or otherwise) or any corporations, companies or persons, and to obtain from such governments, authorities, corporations, companies and persons, any charges, contracts, decrees, grants, licenses, leases, rights, privileges and concessions which the said Attorney may think desirable in the interests of the Principal.
• To sign, seal, make and execute all such contracts, deeds, agreements and documents as shall be necessary or expedient.
• Generally, to act as agent for the Principal and to execute and perform on behalf of the Principal all lawful and reasonable acts as fully and effectively to all intents and purposes as the Principal might or could do.

This Deed is for a period of TERM months from the date on which it is executed (the Specified Period) but shall be of no further effect after that date.

In favour of an Attorney his agent or a person dealing with either of them and the successors and assigns of such a person, all acts done and documents executed or signed during the Specified Period by the Attorney or agent in good faith in the purported exercise of any power conferred by this Deed shall for all purposes be valid and binding on the Principal and its successors and assigns.

The Principal ratifies and confirms and agrees to ratify and confirm whatever any of the Attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done in connection with the above and any other action taken by virtue of this Deed.

This Deed is permitted by and is given by the Principal in accordance with the provisions of its constitutional documents.
