It was a pleasure to meet and speak to you. We are now pleased to offer you an appointment as our TYPE for COUNTRY on the terms and conditions agreed with you.

This appointment will be for a trial period of DURATION initially. We will pay you a commission of CR on the net value of all sales against orders received through you, to which would be added a del credere commission of DCCR.

Please confirm these terms in writing as soon as possible, after which we will arrange for a formal agreement to be drawn up. When this is signed a circular will be prepared for distribution to our customers in COUNTRY announcing your appointment as our agents.
