We have recently received a number of enquiries from dealers in COUNTRY for information about our PRODUCT. This leads us to believe there is a promising market waiting to be developed in that part of the country. Sales of our goods around the world have greatly exceeded our expectations, but the absence of an agency in COUNTRY has meant poor sales in that region to date.

From our experience elsewhere we believe that an active agent would have little difficulty in expanding sales of our goods in COUNTRY. As we understand you are well experienced and have good connections in this area we would like to know if you are interested in accepting AGENCY. We are prepared to offer you a DURATION agreement with a commission of CR on net invoice values.

As we wish to reach a quick decision I hope you can let me know whether this offer interests you. If so then I suggest an early meeting at which details of an arrangement agreeable to both of us could be discussed.
