THIS POWER OF ATTORNEY is made this 29 April 2024 by PARTY_1_NAME of PARTY_1_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE. 

The Principal appoints PARTY_2_NAME of PARTY_2_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the "Attorney") as its true and lawful attorney(s) on its behalf and in its name or otherwise to:

• execute and deliver DOCUMENTS (the “Documents”);  

• complete blanks and make amendments, alterations or additions to the Documents (including, without limitation, changing the parties named in the Documents) which are authorised in writing (including, without limitation, by facsimile or email), by the Principal;

• execute and deliver any other documents or do any other acts which are referred to in the Documents or which are ancillary or related to them or the transactions contemplated by them, in the absolute discretion of the Attorney; 
  
  
• exercise the rights, powers, duties and discretions of the Principal arising out of or in connection with the Documents or any documents referred to above. 

• to pay or undertake on behalf of the Principal to pay any such adviser such remuneration as he thinks fit.

This Deed is for a period of TERM months from the date on which it is executed (the Specified Period) but shall be of no further effect after that date.

In favour of an Attorney his agent or a person dealing with either of them and the successors and assigns of such a person, all acts done and documents executed or signed during the Specified Period by the Attorney or agent in good faith in the purported exercise of any power conferred by this Deed shall for all purposes be valid and binding on the Principal and its successors and assigns.

The Principal ratifies and confirms and agrees to ratify and confirm whatever any of the Attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done in connection with the Transaction and any other action taken by virtue of this Deed.

This Deed is permitted by and is given by the Principal in accordance with the provisions of its constitutional documents.

In this Deed person includes a corporation and an unincorporated body of persons, the singular includes the plural and vice versa and the masculine gender includes the feminine and neuter genders and vice versa.
