We, therefore, think it would be unwise to surrender the enclosed documents on a D/A basis and enclose a sight draft on the consignees, with a bill of lading and insurance certificate attached.

Will you please arrange for your correspondent in DESTINATION to obtain payment of the amount due before handing over the documents, and let us know when payment has been made.
