We have just concluded an agreement to purchase monthly shipments of PRODUCTS from SUPPLIER over the PERIOD and would like to make use of foreign-payment facilities by opening a series of monthly credits for CREIDIT each in favour of the SUPPLIER. It has been agreed that we provide credits with a bank in LOCATION against which our suppliers would draw for the value of shipments as they are made.

Please let us know on what terms your bank would be prepared to arrange the necessary credits and to handle the shipping documents for us.
