Thank you for your letter. I have completed and enclosed the form of application for documentary credit. Please arrange to open for our account with your office in LOCATION irrevocable credits for CREIDIT a month in favour of SUPPLIER, the credits to be valid until AVALIABILITY.

To enable them to use the credits the company must present the following documents: bills of lading in triplicate, one copy of the invoice, the certificate or policy of insurance and certificate of origin, and draw on your LOCATION office at 30/60 days after sight for each consignment. The documents relate to PARTICULARS.
