Dear Sir / Madam,
We have a consignment of PRODUCT now waiting to be shipped to WHERE. Will you please arrange for the consignment to be collected from the above address and arrange shipment to WHERE by the first possible sailing. When it arrives the consignment will be handled for our customers by CONTACT with whom you should make the necessary arrangements.
PARTICULAR Insurance should be taken out for SUM to include cover for expenses.
When the goods are shipped please send the original bill of lading and one copy to us, together with the certificate or policy of insurance and any other necessary documents.
