Thank you for your enquiry regarding your consignment to DESTINATION. All our charges including freight, airway bill fee, insurance and our own commission are shown on the attached schedule.
To enable us to prepare your airway bill we shall need the information requested in the enclosed form. Three copies of a certified commercial invoice and a certificate of origin will also be necessary.
Your consignment should be in our hands by DEADLINE on the morning of the departure day. Please telephone me when you are ready to deliver the consignment to our officer at the airport so that we can prepare to receive it and deal with it promptly. Alternatively, we can make arrangements to collect the goods.
