Dear Directors,

I write to apply for the allotment and issuance of NUMBER_OF_SHARES shares of the Company with a par value of PAR_VALUE_CURRENCY$PAR_VALUE_SHARE each (the "Shares"), in accordance with the employee share option plan pursuant to the Employment Contract.  The subscription price of the Shares shall be PAR_VALUE_CURRENCY$SUBSCRIPTION_PRICE in total, which shall be paid up in full to the Company on the date of this letter.
