1.1 This agreement is made on EFFECTIVE_DATE
2.1. The JOB_TITLE is employed in DEPARTMENT and will undertake all the necessary duties as are generally performed by individuals who are employed in such a capacity.
2.2. The JOB_TITLE will be reporting directly to DEPARTMENT of the company.
2.3. JOB_TITLE also agrees to perform further duties incidental to the general job description.
2.4. The Company shall provide on a timely basis, all facilities, equipment and consumables required for the performance of the JOB_TITLE’s duties under this Agreement.
2.5 You may not take up additional employment that is considered to be in any way in conflict with the work you undertake for the employer without the express approval of the employer or their nominee. Such approval will not be withheld unreasonably but any such employment must not, in the view of the employer conflict with the interests of the employer.
2.6 You may not, under any circumstances, whether directly or indirectly, undertake any other duties, of whatever kind, during your hours of work for the employer.
3.1 As an employee paid WAGE_TYPE, your salary will be PAYMENT_AMOUNT for normal working days.
