2.             The Sweepstake

2.1           The name of the sweepstake is SWEEPSTAKE_TITLE (the "Sweepstake")

2.2    This Sweepstake is subject to all applicable local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

3.             How to enter

3.1           The Sweepstake will run from 12 pm on STARTDATE (the "Opening Date") to 12 pm on ENDDATE (the "Closing Date") inclusive. ("Sweepstakes Period")

3.2            All Sweepstake entries must be received by the Sponsor [at the address set out in condition 1] by no later than 12 pm on the Closing Date. Any entries received after the Closing Date are subjected to automatic disqualification.

(a)        responsibility for Sweepstake entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or

(b)        proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the Sweepstake.
