This policy applies to all the Contracts of the Company

For the purposes of this policy, the term ‘Contracts’ include all types of agreements, oral or written, that impose an obligation on the Company or otherwise legally bind the Company regardless of what the agreements may be called (e.g., affiliation agreement, service agreement, vendor agreement, purchase order, marketing agreement)

The following contracts are excluded from this policy:

The Company shall appoint a Contract Manager for the administration and management of Contracts covered by this policy.
