THIS POLYAMOROUS RELATIONSHIP CONTRACT is entered into on 06 May 2024

Between

(1)            PARTY_1_NAME whose address is at PARTY_1_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (Party A)

(2)            PARTY_2_NAME whose address is at PARTY_2_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (Party B)

Whereas

Party A and Party B are desirous of entering into a polyamorous relationship with each other from DATE. The parties understand that even if the relationship involves more than one person, love and relationships take a conscious, consistent effort to maintain and flourish.

It is agreed as follows:

1. Ground Rules

1.1 The main purpose of the polyamorous relationship is for both parties to satisfy their intimate needs. As such, other emotions such as love, jealousy, infatuation and other similar feelings are excluded.

1.2 Safety and Protection are essential. The use of Protection is outlined below.

1.3 Each party has the right to have relationships with other people (subject to clause 1.4). No explanation is required.

1.4  This relationship is EXCLUSIVE.

1.5 With our commitment to radical honesty, we agree to trust each other and be worthy of your trust and  confidence; 

1.6 We vow to trust and value each other's opinions and stand by each other's actions. 

1.7 When we want something from the other person, we will ask clearly, not hint or expect the other person to read our minds.
