I'm ACCOUNT_FIRST_NAME from ACCOUNT_JOB_COMPANY, a tenant of your shared office. I'm currently renting [x] desks and would like to expand further.
I recently moved to your shared office in LOCATION because it has:
(i) the best location in LOCATION;
(ii) in a grade A office building;
(iii) nice décor;
(iv) excellent view;
(v) close to public transport (train, bus, subway station).
I'm writing to complain about the bad performances of your LOCATION office, and here are the reasons:
1. Rude and Unfriendly
From the moment I walked into the office, your other staff seems to be extremely unwelcoming and put on a long face. [Examples]
Your staff attitude seems to adopt the attitude “don’t bother them or create extra work for them”. Whereas when we ask for things at your competitor, their staff are always friendly and trying to help, whereas your staff is always trying to give your tenants a hard time. For example - [Examples].
2. No Responsibility
They kept telling people that they have no control over anything now, everything is up to the head office. They don’t even take responsibility for small things such as getting letters and parcels, even though they are just playing with their mobile phones all day. When I emailed to ask why I am getting reminders after paying my rent, I never got a response.
