THIS Amendment to Tenancy Agreement (“Amendment”) is entered into on 18 October 2024

Between

(1)            PARTY_1_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_1_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the "Landlord")

(2)            PARTY_2_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_2_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the "Current Tenant")

(3)            PARTY_3_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_3_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the "Additional Tenant")

Whereas

(A) The Landlord and the Current Tenant entered into a Tenancy Agreement dated (the "Tenancy Agreement") in relation to the premises located at (the “Premises”). The Landlord and the Current Tenant hereby agree to amend the Tenancy Agreement as per the terms and conditions set forth herein.

Agreed Terms

1. The Landlord and Current Tenant agree to include the Additional Tenant as Tenant to the Tenancy Agreement with effect from COMMENCEMENT_DATE

2. The Additional Tenant acknowledges receipt of the Tenancy Agreement and all addendums thereto and agrees to be bound to the terms and conditions set forth therein.

3. The Additional Tenant agrees to be jointly and severally responsible and liable for all obligations under the Tenancy Agreement

4. Except as expressly amended by this Amendment, all terms and conditions of the Tenancy Agreement shall remain in full force and effect, and the Tenancy Agreement as amended by this Amendment shall be read as a single integrated document incorporating such amendments. If there is a discrepancy between this Amendment and the Tenancy Agreement, this Amendment shall prevail.

5. The parties hereto agree to perform (or procure the performance of) all further acts and things, and execute and deliver (or procure the execution and delivery of) all such further documents as may be required by law or as may be necessary or reasonably desirable to implement and/or give effect to this Amendment.

6. This Amendment may not be changed except by an instrument in writing executed by the parties.
