THIS FREELANCE WRITER AGREEMENT is entered into on 02 May 2024

Between

(1)            PARTY_1_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_1_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the Writer)

(2)            PARTY_2_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_2_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the Customer)

Whereas

The parties agree that the Job shall be carried out in accordance with and subject to this Agreement hereto.

It is agreed as follows:

1. Interpretation

Definitions

Agreement means any agreement made subject to the terms and conditions below;

Job  means writing of articles by the Writer for the Customer on SCHEDULE basis;

2. Writer's obligations

2.1 The Writer shall complete the Job by the Completion Date. 

2.2 The Writer shall comply with, and give all notices required by, any statute, any statutory instrument, rule or order or any regulation or bylaws applicable to the Job.

2.1 The Writer shall write articles for the Customer in accordance with the guidelines listed in Schedule 1. The Customer has the sole and exclusive authority to determine whether or not to publish any or all articles written by the Writer for the Customer pursuant to this Agreement.

4. Warranties

4.1 The Customer shall promptly report to the Writer any quality issue of the work product submitted pursuant to the Job.
