THIS Amendment to Lease Agreement (“Amendment”) is entered into on 06 May 2024

Between

(1)            PARTY_1_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_1_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the "Lessor")

(2)            PARTY_2_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_2_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the "Current Lessee")

(3)            PARTY_3_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_3_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the "Additional Lessee")

Whereas

(A) The Lessor and the Current Lessee entered into a Lease Agreement dated (the "Lease Agreement") in relation to the premises located at (the “Premises”). The Lessor and the Current Lessee hereby agree to amend the Lease Agreement as per the terms and conditions set forth herein.

Agreed Terms

1. The Lessor and Current Lessee agree to include the Additional Lessee as Tenant to the Lease Agreement with effect from COMMENCEMENT_DATE

2. The Additional Lessee acknowledges receipt of the Lease Agreement and all addendums thereto and agrees to be bound to the terms and conditions set forth therein.

3. The Additional Lessee agrees to be jointly and severally responsible and liable for all obligations under the Lease Agreement

4. Except as expressly amended by this Amendment, all terms and conditions of the Lease Agreement shall remain in full force and effect, and the Lease Agreement as amended by this Amendment shall be read as a single integrated document incorporating such amendments. If there is a discrepancy between this Amendment and the Lease Agreement, this Amendment shall prevail.

5. The parties hereto agree to perform (or procure the performance of) all further acts and things, and execute and deliver (or procure the execution and delivery of) all such further documents as may be required by law or as may be necessary or reasonably desirable to implement and/or give effect to this Amendment.

6. This Amendment may not be changed except by an instrument in writing executed by the parties.
