THIS TEAM CONTRACT ("Contract") is entered into on 30 April 2024
Between
(1) TEAMMATES_NAME ("Teammates")
Whereas
(A) The Teammates wish to regulate their relationship as teammates in the ACCOUNT_JOB_COMPANY (the "Company") and the management of the Company in accordance with the terms of this Contract.
It is agreed as follows:
A. Core values
The Teammates agree to work in accordance with the following core values:
A1. Honesty and Integrity
Honesty and Integrity must be the top priority for the Teammates. Teammates must:
(a) behave in a trustworthy manner to build trust and credibility.
(b) be honest and transparent in their actions;
(c) be continually aware of the Company’s mission, values, ethical principles and standards, while performing their duties; and
(d) act in such a manner that is not only compliant with the letter but also the spirit of this Code of Conduct.
A2. Fairness and Justice
All Teammates are responsible for promoting and fostering fairness and justice in the Company. Teammates must:
(a) perform their duties in a manner that is fair, just and reasonable to all persons;
(b) treat people with dignity, respect and compassion;
