PROPERTY PURCHASE AND SALE CONTRACT

 

This PROPERTY PURCHASE AND SALE CONTRACT ("Contract") is made on 03 May 2024

(1)            PARTY_1_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_1_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the "Vendor")

(2)            PARTY_2_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_2_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the "Purchaser") (along with the Service Provider, each a "Party", together the "Parties")

NOW IT IS HEREBY AGREED as follows:

PREMISES

1. The Vendor agrees to sell and the Purchaser agrees to purchase, subject to the terms and conditions herein contained, all that PREMISES_ADDRESS (hereinafter called “the said premises”).

2. The said premises shall include all land and appurtenant rights, also all buildings, attachments, fixtures, heating, electrical, and plumbing fixtures and facilities, window shades, blinds, awnings, curtain rods, screens, storm windows and doors, wall-to-wall carpeting, stair carpeting, ceiling fans, landscaping and shrubbery, attached radio and/or television aerials, garage door opening devices, and any oven/ranges, refrigerators, washers/dryers, window air conditioning units, property left, and appliances currently on the premises. 

CONSIDERATION

3. The Purchase price of the said premises shall be $ PURCHASED_PRICE which shall be paid by the Purchaser to the Vendor in the manner as follows: 

(a) Initial deposit shall be paid upon signing of the Contract in the sum of $ INITIAL_DEPOSIT

(b) Upon signing of the Formal Contract for Sales and Purchase on or before
