MARKETING PROCESS GUIDELINES (BLOGS)

A. Overview

The following guidelines outline how to draft a blog post and the suggested timeline to publish the blogs. 

B. How to draft a blog post

  1. Unless instructed, propose topics that relate to current affairs and trendy items. Avoid discriminatory or inappropriate subjects. 
  2. Use an eye-catchy title for the blog. Through using Search Engine Optimisation, identify keywords that are searched most. Then use them to name your blog. 
  3. The first paragraph of the blog should be an overview of the blog. 
  4. The writers must provide links to ACCOUNT_JOB_COMPANY's products or services that relate to the blog for promotional purposes. Unless instructed, each blog should be linked to no less than 3 products or services.
  5. Writers should provide a brief reference list at the bottom of the blog. The format should follow APA 7th Edition. 
  6. The writers should insert no less than 3 photos for each blog. The source should be listed under each photo's caption. 

B. Work Flow: suggested timeline

  1. The writer creates a draft blog every day and sends it to the editor by 10:00 am.
  2. The editor reviews the content and proposes revisions to the writer by 03:00 pm on the day of blog submission.
