MARKETING PROCESS GUIDELINES (BLOGS)
A. Overview
The following guidelines outline how to draft a blog post and the suggested timeline to publish the blogs.
B. How to draft a blog post
- Unless instructed, propose topics that relate to current affairs and trendy items. Avoid discriminatory or inappropriate subjects.
- Use an eye-catchy title for the blog. Through using Search Engine Optimisation, identify keywords that are searched most. Then use them to name your blog.
- The first paragraph of the blog should be an overview of the blog.
- The writers must provide links to ACCOUNT_JOB_COMPANY's products or services that relate to the blog for promotional purposes. Unless instructed, each blog should be linked to no less than 3 products or services.
- Writers should provide a brief reference list at the bottom of the blog. The format should follow APA 7th Edition.
- The writers should insert no less than 3 photos for each blog. The source should be listed under each photo's caption.
B. Work Flow: suggested timeline
- The writer creates a draft blog every day and sends it to the editor by 10:00 am.
- The editor reviews the content and proposes revisions to the writer by 03:00 pm on the day of blog submission.
