Customers may only use the Company's services for lawful purposes. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account, or to refuse service to anyone without prior notice. With proper justification, the staff may examine system accounting logs and/or access any account's directories to investigate and/or resolve system problems.
Should the website hosted become the target of a network or a target of the investigation arising from a security incident, the Company reserves the right to take any necessary actions to restore normal server or network operation.
Customers may only use the Company's services for lawful purposes. Transmission of any material in violation of JURISDICTION_STATE law is prohibited.
Pornography and related merchandising are prohibited, including sites that may simply have pornographic content or links to pornographic content elsewhere.
Also, prohibited are sites that promote any illegal activity or present content that may be damaging to the Company. Links to such materials are also prohibited.
Examples of unacceptable content or links:
Email hosting is provided only for domains where all web hosting services are contained within our network, and for domains which have no web presence at all. Email hosting will not be provided for domains with web hosting services operating externally to our network. The Company will not provide secondary only or primary with external second email services. Email hosting accounts are only provided strictly for email handling only. There will be an immediate elevation of the account to that of a full web hosting account with CONSEQUENCE_WEBSITE_EMAIL if there is any addition of website content to an account ordered for email-only hosting.
