Re: Notice for Termination of NAME Agreement

We are writing this letter to notify you of our decision to terminate the  NAME agreement between ACCOUNT_JOB_COMPANY and COMPANY_NAME dated AGREEMENT_DATE (the "Agreement").

Please note, the Agreement will terminate at the end of 30 days from the date of the notice. This notification is in compliance with the minimum notice period required by the Agreement. 

Within 14 days from the effective date of termination of the Agreement, the party holding the Deposit will return the Deposit in accordance with the terms of the Agreement and neither party shall have any further obligations or responsibilities under the Agreement or liability of any nature or amount whatsoever to each other, excepting only those which under the terms of the Agreement expressly survive termination.
