THIS SERVICE AGREEMENT is entered into on 03 May 2024
Between
(1) PARTY_1_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_1_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the Coach)
(2) PARTY_2_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_2_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the Participant)
Whereas
(1) The Coach is in the business of hosting a TYPE mastermind program, including personalised programs and training packages.
(2) The Participant wishes to participate in the the TYPE mastermind program hosted by the Coach.
(3) The Coach and Participant agree to uphold their respectful obligations under this Agreement. The parties acknowledge the parties' responsibilities and duties under this Agreement are vital for the Participant and TYPE coaching relationship to be successful.
It is agreed as follows:
1. Interpretation
1.1 Definitions
Agreement means any agreement made subject to the terms and conditions below;
Services mean hosting a TYPE mastermind program services, including the services to be carried out by the Coach as mentioned in Schedule 1
Mastermind Program means the TYPE mastermind program hosted by the Coach
1.2 In this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires:
(a) references to persons include individuals, bodies corporate (wherever incorporated), unincorporated associations and partnerships;
(b) the headings are inserted for convenience only and do not affect the construction of the Agreement;
