• The Grantor has valid title to the Property; and unencumbered right to convey the Property to the Grantee;
• The Granter hereby guarantees that there are no encumbrances, liens, easements upon the Property except as described herein above.
• The Grantor warrants to the Grantee and that Grantor will defend for the Grantee the said premises against any person laying claim contesting Grantee’s right to the property
