On behalf of PARTY_1_NAME, we are pleased to present the following non-binding Lease Proposal for your consideration. The following are the terms and conditions under which the PARTY_1_NAME proposes to execute a Lease Agreement with the PARTY_2_NAME for the property located at the PREMISES.

Leased Premises: PREMISES

Lease Term: The Lease Term shall be for a period of TERM years commencing upon the first day of the month following full execution of a lease agreement (the “Lease Commencement Date”).
