ACCOUNT_JOB_COMPANY’s (the “Company”) strictly prohibits the actual or attempted use of any form of Bribery or Corruption whether direct or indirect and whether involving public officials or private persons.
Bribe is an inducement or reward offered, promised or provided in order to gain any commercial, contractual, regulatory or business or personal advantage. It may be monetary or non-monetary, tangible or intangible. Examples of a bribe are payments of money, gifts or entertainment, discounts, loans and/or financing given on non-commercial terms or rebates or kickbacks in relation to services provided etc.
It is irrelevant whether the bribe is successful in improperly influencing the other person or in securing the business. The intention of the person engaging in the Bribery will be considered to conclude if the act constitutes Bribe
Corruption means the abuse of a position of employment, authority or trust to gain a business or personal benefit or advantage.
Purpose
The objective of this Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy (the “Policy”) is to:
set forth the requirements that support the Company’s compliance with applicable laws relating to bribery and corruption
Ensure the employees and anyone acting on behalf of the Company act in complete accordance with with Policy; and
set out the responsibilities of all the employees and anyone acting on behalf of the Company, in observing and upholding the Company's position on bribery and corruption;
Scope
This Policy applies to all employees, officers and directors of the Company (whether permanent or temporary) and of the Company’s subsidiaries, affiliates and related corporations, whether permanent or temporary (the “Staff”).
