Storage Locker Rental Agreement

THIS STORAGE LOCKER RENTAL AGREEMENT (“Agreement”)  is entered into on 04 May 2024

Between

(1)           PARTY_1_NAME whose address is at PARTY_1_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the "Fitness Centre")

(2)            PARTY_2_NAME whose address is at PARTY_2_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the "Renter")

Whereas

The Renter intends to lease from the Fitness Centre a locker installed in PARTY_1_NAME and the Fitness Centre is willing to provide a locker to the Renter upon the terms and conditions set forth herein below:

1.  Locker

1. The Fitness Centre hereby agrees to lease the locker described herein below (the “Locker”) to the Renter:

2. The Renter shall provide a lock for securing the Locker, and the Renter shall be deemed to have sole custody, care, and control of the contents of the Locker. The Fitness Centre shall not have, or be deemed to have, custody, care or control of the contents of the Locker, nor shall the Fitness Centre be deemed to be a bailee of the contents of the Locker.

2. Term

The Locker is hereby leased for a term of TERM months, commencing on COMMENCEMENT_DATE and expiring on END_DATE.
