This CAR PARKING LICENSE AGREEMENT is entered into on 06 May 2024

Between

(1)            PARTY_1_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_1_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the "Licensor")

(2)            PARTY_2_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_2_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the "Licensee")

Whereas

The Licensor shall grant and the Licensee shall occupy the Carpark Space at Premises for the Term of Licence (as defined below) and both parties agree to observe and perform the terms and conditions as follows: 

1. Licence 

The Licensor hereby grants to the Licensee permission to the use carpark space (the "Space")  at ADDRESS (the “Premises”) for the permitted use as described in section 1A for a term of TERM months, commencing on COMMENCEMENT_DATE and expiring on END_DATE. 

1A. Permitted Use

1A.1 Licensee shall have the exclusive right to use the Space solely for parking the private motor vehicle bearing the registration number REGISTRATION_NUMBER("Vehicle") during the designated hours set below:

1A.2 The Licensee shall register all vehicles that would access the Space during the Term.

2. Licence Fee

2.1 The Licence Fee is CURRENCY RENT on a PERIOD basis.

2.2 The Licensee shall make PERIOD payment in full, the Licence Fee is payable on the first day of each period beginning with the first payment on or before COMMENCEMENT_DATE. Without prejudice to any other right or remedy of the Licensor hereunder the Licensee shall pay to the Licensor on-demand daily interest at the rate of two percent (2%) per annum over the best lending rate from time to time in JURISDICTION_STATE in respect of any of the payments not paid on the due date of such payment to the Licensor hereunder and such interest shall be payable from the date upon which such payment ought to have been paid up to the actual date of payment. If the Licence Fee has not been paid for more than 7 days, the Licence can be terminated by the Licensor, who is not required to return the said deposit.
