Child Labour Policy
Overview
According to the International Labour Organization, Child Labour is “work that deprives children of their childhood, their potential, and their dignity, and that is harmful to physical and mental development”.
ACCOUNT_JOB_COMPANY (the "Company") is in the business of BUSINESS_DESCRIPTION.
The Company endeavours to provide a conducive working environment that is characterized by equality and mutual respect. The company will not tolerate the use of child or forced labour, nor exploitation of children in any of its facilities.
Policy
In the conduct of its business, the Company will:
not employ anyone under the age of eighteen at the workplace
prohibits the use of child labor and forced or compulsory labor in all of its facilities
comply with all other applicable child labour laws, including those related to wages, working hours, overtime and working conditions.
Scope
This Policy applies to the Company, its subsidiaries, and such entities’ respective directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives (as applicable).
The Company’s Human Resource Department is responsible to implement and ensure compliance with this policy.
Any employee who has knowledge of a potential or actual violation of this Policy must promptly report this to IMPLEMENT_RESPONSIBILITY
