Supplier Code of Conduct

General Purpose

ACCOUNT_JOB_COMPANY’s (the “Company”) is committed to conducting business with high standards and ethical behavior and does not tolerate any form of bribery or corruption, including embezzlement, money laundering, kickbacks, facilitation payments, extortion, fraud or nepotism (family).

The Company is committed to enhancing its reputation and continuing to act responsibly and with integrity in our dealings with customers, suppliers, employees and communities.

For the purpose of this document the terms:

Suppliers” includes suppliers, vendors, subcontractors, service providers, distributors, professional service providers, consultants, intermediaries and agents.

Bribe is an inducement or reward offered, promised or provided in order to gain any commercial, contractual, regulatory or business or personal advantage. It may be monetary or non-monetary, tangible or intangible. Examples of a bribe are payments of money, gifts or entertainment, discounts, loans and/or financing given on non-commercial terms or rebates or kickbacks in relation to services provided etc.

It is irrelevant whether the bribe is successful in improperly influencing the other person or in securing the business. The intention of the person engaging in the Bribery will be considered to conclude if the act constitutes Bribe
