THIS LICENCE TO OCCUPY is entered into on 27 April 2024

Between

(1)            PARTY_1_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_1_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the "Licensor")

(2)            PARTY_2_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_2_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the "Licensee")

Whereas

The Licensor shall grant and the Licensee shall occupy the Premises for the Term of Licence (as defined below) with details as more particularly described in the Schedule and both parties agree to observe and perform the terms and conditions as follows: 

1. Licence 

The Licensor hereby grants to the Licensee personal permission to use such desk and or office space (the "Space") at ADDRESS (the “Premises”) and the fixtures, fittings and equipment therein (as per Schedule, if any) as the Licensor shall from time to time designate for a term of TERM months, commencing on COMMENCEMENT_DATE and expiring on END_DATE. 

2. Licence Fee

2.1 The Licence Fee is CURRENCY RENT on a PERIOD basis, the licence fee includes fixtures, fittings and equipment, and other items and fees as listed in the Schedule.

2.2 The Licensee shall make PERIOD payment in full, the Licence Fee is payable on the first day of each period beginning with the first payment on or before COMMENCEMENT_DATE. Without prejudice to any other right or remedy of the Licensor hereunder the Licensee shall pay to the Licensor on demand daily interest at the best lending rate from time to time in JURISDICTION in respect of any of the payments not paid on the due date of such payment to the Licensor hereunder and such interest shall be payable from the date upon which such payment ought to have been paid up to the actual date of payment.
