Beneficiary Deed

 

I, FULL_NAME (the “Grantor”) hereby grants and conveys to BENEFICIARY, and BENEFICIARY2 (collectively referred to as the “Beneficiaries”), as joint tenants with right of survivorship, in the following described real property (the “Property”):

1. This transfer is intended to be a transfer on death deed under the laws of JURISDICTION_STATE.

2. The transfer will become effective only on the death of the Grantor, and the Beneficiaries will have the right to take possession and control of the Property.

3. Until the Grantor’s death, the Grantor reserves the right to revoke or change this deed at any time without the consent of the Beneficiaries.

4. In the event that the Beneficiaries predeceases the Grantor, this Beneficiary Deed shall be null and void
