THIS SERVICE AGREEMENT (herein referred to as "Service Agreement") is entered into on 20 November 2024

Between

(1)            PARTY_1_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_1_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the "Service Provider")

(2)            PARTY_2_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_2_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the "Customer") (along with the Service Provider, each a "Party", together the "Parties")

Whereas

(1) The Service Provider is in the business of providing podcast production services; 

(2) The Customer wishes to engage the Service Provider to provide podcast production services.

It is agreed as follows:

1. Interpretation

1.1 Definitions

Agreement means any agreement made subject to the terms and conditions below;

Services mean certain podcast production services, including the following services to be carried out by the Service Provider:

(a) Overseeing all aspects of the development

(b) Pre-production

(c) Production and post- production of each episode of the Podcast

(d) Creating a production budget for each episode of the Podcast

(e) Creating a cash flow schedule for funding the production and completion of all episodes of the Podcast

(f) Creating production post-production and delivery schedules

(g) Identifying, securing and paying on-air talent and hosts, engaging writers to write scripts for each episode

(h) Script supervision
