C. Client Information

CLIENT

We, ACCOUNT_JOB_COMPANY, hereinafter referred to as the Sub-Contractor have provided to the Client the services including SERVICE for the Project referenced above, subject to the terms of warranty set out below:

(a) The Sub-contractor warrants that all labor and materials furnished, and work performed for the Project will be free of defects due to faulty workmanship or substandard materials for the Warranty Period defined below. 

(b) This Warranty commences on the START_DATE and expires on END_DATE (the “Warranty Period”)

(c) Any issue and/or defect developed which arises within the Warranty Period and is due to materials or workmanship not of the required standard shall promptly be made good by the Sub-contractor at its own expense. 

(d) This warranty shall not cover damages or defects resulting from misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, accident, vandalism, or any other causes not related to the Sub-contractor's work

(e) In the event of the Sub-contractor's failure to address and correct any defective work within a reasonable timeframe, as determined by the Client and notified in writing, the Sub-contractor hereby grants authorization for the Client to carry out necessary repairs, replacements, and rectifications. The Sub-contractor agrees to indemnify the Client against all associated costs, losses, and damages incurred in the process.
