THIS GUEST BLOGGER AGREEMENT is entered into on 15 May 2024

Between

(1)            PARTY_1_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_1_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the Owner)

(2)            PARTY_2_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_2_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the Blogger)

Whereas

The parties agree that the Job shall be carried out in accordance with and subject to this Agreement hereto.

It is agreed as follows:

1. Interpretation

Definitions

Agreement means any agreement made subject to the terms and conditions below;

Job menas the Blogger agrees to write a Blog to be posted on the Website. on SCHEDULE basis;

Completion Date means COMPLETION_DATE or as may otherwise be agreed between the Owner and the Blogger (including any extended date for completion fixed hereunder);

Agreement Price means CURRENCY PRICE.

2. Blogger's obligations

Blogger agrees to write a Blog to be posted on the Website. The Blog shall be approximately DURATION words in length. The Owner shall have full and final approval of the Blog's contents; approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. If Owner edits the Blog, approval over edits shall not be unreasonably withheld by Blogger.
