THIS BLOG ADVERTISING AGREEMENT is entered into on 20 November 2024

Between

(1)            PARTY_1_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_1_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the "Advertiser")

(2)            PARTY_2_NAME whose mailing address / principal place of business is at PARTY_2_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the "Blogger")

Whereas

1. The Advertiser is in the business of selling the following products and/or service(the "Business"): BUSINESS

2. The Blogger is owner of the Website and provides online space for advertisements on the Website, which is configured to support third-party advertisements; 

3. The Advertiser wishes to utilise the online space on the Blogger's Website to advertise its Business.

It is agreed as follows:

1. Interpretation

1.1 Definitions

Agreement means any agreement made subject to the terms and conditions below;

Website means the Blogger's website bearing the following web address :.

1.2 In this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires:

(a) references to persons include individuals, bodies corporate (wherever incorporated), unincorporated associations and partnerships;

(b) the headings are inserted for convenience only and do not affect the construction of the Agreement;

(c) references to one gender include all genders; and

(d) any reference to an enactment or statutory provision is a reference to it as it may have been, or may from time to time be amended, modified, consolidated or re-enacted.
