THIS WORK FOR HIRE AGREEMENT is entered into on 11 May 2024

Between

(1)            PARTY_1_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_1_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the Contractor)

(2)            PARTY_2_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_2_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the Client)

Whereas

The parties agree that the Job shall be carried out in accordance with and subject to this Agreement hereto.

It is agreed as follows:

1. Interpretation

Definitions

Agreement means any agreement made subject to the terms and conditions below;

Job means SERVICES to be carried out by the Contractor;

Completion Date means COMPLETION_DATE or as may otherwise be agreed between the Client and the Contractor (including any extended date for completion fixed hereunder);

Agreement Price means CURRENCY PRICE.

2. Contractor's obligations

2.1 The Contractor shall complete the Job by the Completion Date. 

2.2 The Contractor shall comply with, and give all notices required by, any statute, any statutory instrument, rule or order or any regulation or bylaws applicable to the Job.
