Marketing Policy

General Purpose

ACCOUNT_JOB_COMPANY's  (the “Company”) Marketing Policy (the “Policy”) lays down guidelines on the Company’s marketing practices to ensure compliance with applicable laws and ensure honesty, fairness and responsibility in our ways of working.

Scope

This Policy applies to all employees of the Company, any of our subsidiaries or their employees..

The Policy also applies to any individual or organization that the Company engages with with including but not limited to suppliers, service providers, contractors, distributors agents and customers. 

Company's commitments

(a) All marketing communication must be legal, decent, honest and truthful.

(b) Negative information or data will not be withheld from the public solely to protect a brand’s image. 

(c) The Company will not use fake reviews and testimonials to promote its business

(d) All marketing communications to comply with GDPR regulations, where applicable.

(e) The Company will not unfairly portray or refer to anyone in an adverse or offensive way.

(f) We commit to communicating with people that have opted in to receiving marketing messages and not with those that have opted out.

(g) We will aim to increase the accessibility of our marketing and external communications for those with disabilities e.g., through the introduction of subtitles for our video content.

(h) Consideration will be given to the language used in communications and campaigns.

(i) Commercial promotions will adhere to clear and transparent regulations, outlining scope, validity, eligibility, prizes (if applicable), ensuring transparency and objective communication for participants.

Responsibilities

(a) The marketing department of the Company shall be responsible for conducting all maketing activities in compliance with this policy

(b) The Human Resource Department of the Company will provide regular training to all relevant employees on the guidelines laid down in this Policy to ensure compliance.
