This Boundary Line Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into on 14 May 2024

Between

(1)            PARTY_1_NAME whose address is at PARTY_1_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE  (the "Owner 1")

(2)            PARTY_2_NAME whose address is at PARTY_2_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE  (the "Owner 2")

WHEREAS Owner 1 is the owner of the property described below (the "Property 1"):

WHEREAS Owner 2 is the owner of property described below (the "Property 2")

WHEREAS The Property 1 adjoins the Property 2 and the Parties have agreed to establish the boundary line between Property 1 and Property 2 without resort to litigation

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and conveyances herein contained, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby mutually acknowledged, the parties hereto for themselves and their heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns, covenant and agree as follows:

The boundary line between Property 1 and Property 2 be established as a line described as follows: 

BOUNDARYLINE

It is the intent of the parties that the agreed boundary line shall be permanent and fixed and not subject to change by reason of future influences, artificial or natural.

This Agreement shall neither constitute an admission by any of the parties hereto, nor be construed as an expression on the part of any of the parties hereto, concerning the ownership of land or interests in land other than the lands abutting the agreed Boundary Lines

All structures or enhancements situated on or in close proximity to the boundary line, such as fences, walls, or any other constructions, are deemed integral to the boundary line. 

This Agreement shall become effective upon the the execution of this Agreement by all of the named parties hereto.
