Resellers wishing to purchase software licences and service products and service support (“the Products” or “the Support Services”) from ACCOUNT_JOB_COMPANY (“The Company”) and then to resell the Products or the Support Services to their End Users shall agree to the following terms and conditions.
From time to time, the Reseller wishing to purchase the Products or the Support Services from the Company for the first time or for subsequent renewal of software licences may approach the Vendors of the Company directly for (a) accepting the delivery of the Products or the Support Services directly and (b) for the renewal of the software licence for continuous use and (c) for requesting of service support directly from the Vendors of the Company.
