In consideration of my voluntary creation of videos and/or video series for the purpose of PURPOSE in connection with my employment (the “Video Recording”), I, the undersigned employee, hereby grant and assign all rights, title, and interest in and to these Video Recording to the ACCOUNT_JOB_COMPANY its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies (the “Company") to use or cause to be used the Video Recording, including recordings of my voice and my name for any purpose the Company deems fit it in its absolute discretion, including without limitation for the purpose of advertising, publicity, commercial or other business purpose.

I acknowledge and agree that the Company is the sole and exclusive owner of all rights, title, and interest in and to the Video Recording, including all copyrights and other intellectual property rights therein.

I grant the Company the exclusive right to edit, distribute, reproduce, and publicly display the Video Recording indefinitely in any manner, at the Company’s discretion, even if I am no longer employed by the Employer.

Further, I hereby release the Company, their respective directors, officers, agents, employees, and customers from all claims, judgments, fees, damages, or actions of any kind on account of such use, including, without limitation, any claim for additional compensation related to such use.

I waive and relinquish all rights, if any, that I have in the Video Recording and agree that they shall constitute “works for hire.”

I further agree that all rights, title, and interest in and to such Video shall be solely and exclusively owned by the Company, and I shall neither have, nor claim any rights, title, or interest therein.
