THIS ADVERTISING AGREEMENT FOR BRAND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES is entered into on 23 November 2024

Between

(1)            PARTY_1_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_1_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the "Agency")

(2)            PARTY_2_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_2_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the "Client")(along with the Agency, each a "Party", together the "Parties")

Whereas

1. The Agency is in the business of brand development services, which may include advertising, brand strategy, and digital marketing (the "Business")

2. The Client is seeking brand development services, including online advertisements, digital strategy, and/or other services agreed by the Parties to develop brand awareness; 

3. The Brand Developer offers various digital and brand development services which the Client wishes to engage to achieve the brand's strategic objectives.

It is agreed as follows:

1. Interpretation

1.1 Definitions

Agreement means any agreement made subject to the terms and conditions below;

1.2 In this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires:

(a) references to persons include individuals, bodies corporate (wherever incorporated), unincorporated associations, and partnerships;

(b) the headings are inserted for convenience only and do not affect the construction of the Agreement;

(c) references to one gender include all genders; and
