This Retreat Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between PARTY_1_NAME, with its principal place of business located at PARTY_1_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the "Organizer"), and you, as a participant in the retreat program (the "Participant"). 

The retreat program, the details of which are set out below, is organized by the Organizer and the details of which are available on the Organizer's website at WEBSITE(the "Website").

Your participation in the Retreat is subject to the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.

1. The Retreat

1.1 The details of the Retreat are set out below (the “Retreat”):

1.2 The Organizer shall provide further details regarding the Retreat, including but not limited to information about, departure date, arrival date,  meals, amenities, transportation, and other relevant communications, through email or on the Website prior to the full purchase of the Retreat package. Any such additional information, communications, or pages provided by the Organizer regarding the Retreat are hereby expressly incorporated into this Agreement by reference and shall be considered part and parcel of this Agreement

2.  Reservation

2.1 To book space in the Retreat:

1. The Participant must complete the registration form available on the Website.

2. Upon submission of the registration form, the Participant will receive an email containing further instructions, necessary information, and a payment link to finalize the booking for the Retreat.
